Last updated March 22, 2021

Article 1 – Purpose
These terms govern sales by the company “JsPatch,” 75 rue des tourterelles 01000 St-Denis-les-Bourg, of fly-fishing accessories created by and manufactured for the company “JsPatch.”

Article 2 – Prices
Prices for our products are provided upon request. They are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated, and exclude processing and shipping costs.
If you place an order for delivery to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of “JsPatch.” They are your responsibility, including both declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We recommend that you check with your local authorities regarding these matters.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
The company “JsPatch” reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect when the order is confirmed and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of “JsPatch” until the price has been paid in full.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you.

Article 3 – Quotes
Quotes are valid for a period of 1 month—30 days—from the date of issue. After this period, a new quote must be requested.

Article 4 – Orders
You can place an order on the company’s website:
http://www.jspatch
Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed no later than when you confirm your order.
The company “JsPatch” reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of supply issues or difficulties relating to the order received.

Article 5 – Confirmation of your order
Any order placed on the website http://www.jspatch  implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Confirming an order constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

A summary of your order information and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to you at the email address provided for your order confirmation and will be available in your online customer account.

Article 6 – Payment
Confirming your order means that you are obligated to pay the stated price.
You can pay for your purchases by credit card through the secure Paypal system, by bank transfer, or by check.
Because the product ordered is custom-made, 100% of the price, including all taxes and an advance for processing and shipping costs, will be charged to you.

If you receive the product in the meantime, we will refund the product and shipping costs under the terms of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

Article 10 – Warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
