Giving manufactured products a second life and thereby helping reduce waste production and energy consumption, UPCYCLING is also an interesting project for our passion. From the fabric to the booties, including zippers and other mesh materials used to make the patches, 70 to 75% of waders can be reused, and with a little thought, the remaining percentage could be used for small items.
As mentioned in previous posts, one advantage of this material is that it is lightweight and waterproof, but the choice of colors remains limited.
• Synthetic, waterproof fabric, between 0.4 and 0.5 mm thick
• Edges coated on the upper part for better water resistance and longer life
• 16–20 mm / magnetic Velcro closures
• Interior: 1 foam layer (all-purpose patch), 2–3–4 neoprene foam layers (special nymph patch). Foam thickness ranges from 3.5 mm (for small models) to 5 mm.
• Various attachments: simple hook-and-loop Velcro on the back, D-ring, carabiner, with the option to combine 2 types of attachment.
• 100% acrylic tab
